Ordering Whilst all efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of descriptions, specifications and pricing, there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur VKS have the right to not accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon the supply of goods.

Delivery and Returns VKS returns policy has been set up to make the process as easy for you as possible. You must contact us and be in receipt of a returns authorisation (RA) note before sending any item back. Upon you contacting us, we will immediately arrange for a RA note to be sent to you and upon the good being received by VKS, the returns process can be completed. Any product without a RA note will not be refunded. Items bought instore must be returned within 7 days for a refund. Any shortages must be advised to us in writing within 7 days of delivery. Any cricket bat ordered with the knocking in service may not be cancelled or changed as this process begins immediately. Any items returned within 7 – 28 days will be issued with a credit note. Items returned after 28 days may not be returned for a refund / exchange or credit note.

Exchange  If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within seven days for exchange or refund. All returns will receive our immediate attention once the goods have arrived back to our premises. Items must be in original as new packaging, in all original boxes, packaging materials, manuals and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer. We strongly suggest the use of a method by Royal Mail or International courier for overseas customers that can provide you with a proof of delivery. VKS will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit while being returned to us. All shipping back to VKS is to be paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund you any delivery / postal charges made for when the goods are sent out to you.  Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customers expense. If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second charge will apply for delivery, unless the initial order was incorrectly supplied by VKS and is as a result of a mistake by VKS. Please note we subsidise the delivery charges on all online orders, so replacement products sent may incur the standard £9 charge for items such as bags and cricket bats.

Incorrect/Damaged Goods  We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products ordered, please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact VKS immediately and this will be given special priority. Any incorrect items received all delivery charges will be refunded back onto your credit / debit card, up to a maximum of £5 for UK orders. International orders the figure maybe higher based upon the weight of your order and subject to prior agreement with VKS. Upon receiving the goods we will immediately issue you with a refund. We are unable to refund goods that are not returned to us. Cricket bats must be oiled and knocked in before use. Any bat that has not been oiled and knocked in before using it, will not be covered by any manufactures guarantee. A bat that has been oiled and fully knocked in may still suffer damage when first used. This may be due to cricket balls that are too hard or mistimed shots. We will gladly advise on the best remedies should this happen. There are solutions that the manufacturer may not offer, we however will step in and assist to the best of our ability, although the shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Products Returned Under Warranty  All goods are covered by manufacturers warranties. Any product that is returned either to us or the manufacturer directly will be at the customers cost. Likewise any replacement products dispatched may also incur a delivery charge. If a manufacturer is unable to repair a product, then upon receiving there authorisation, VKS will provide the customer with a replacement. If a replacement is not available VKS will issue a credit note that may be used online or instore. We will not under any circumstances provide a refund. The warranty period runs from the date of original purchase, so if a product is repaired or exchanged under warranty and the same or new issue arises, this will be covered for a period from the original purchase date only.

Free Delivery  For any free delivery order, we will dispatch your order to a UK mainland address free of charge. If any non faulty goods are to be returned for a refund, due to the customer changing thier mind, then VKS will be permitted  to deduct up to £10 towards the delivery that was initially made free of charge. Smaller parcels will be charged up to £8 and large parcels including tennis rackets, cricket bats  and bags will incur a maximum £10 charge as this reflects the actual cost to VKS for packing, delivery and refund fees.

Delivery service We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and our able to send your order to either your home or to your place of work. Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 2.30pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for dispatch, unless we are able to fast track your order and send your order out in time for our couriers collection.  In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow the extra time taking into account the bank holidays. We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day that we received them. Small orders may be sent out via royal mail. All other orders will be sent out by our designated couriers which will need a signature. If you are not present a card or email message will be left to advise you to arrange an alternate delivery time or pick up your goods from the local sorting office. Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this may be returned to us by the couriers and any such costs may be liable to the customer.

Export   VKS are able to delivery export orders and the delivery costs for all overseas orders will be charged according to the weight and volume of an order. We can provide you with a quotation for the delivery costs, should be require this before we dispatch an order. All international orders will incur a delivery charge that can be calculated by VKS only once we know the total weight of an order. The delivery charge will therefore be added by VKS at a later stage. Export orders may be liable to import duties and taxes. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any orders not accepted by the customer and therefore returned to VKS will be liable to return charges imposed by the courier. All such charges will be the responsibility of the customer and maybe charged to thier card before any refunds are issues for the non accepted good. Any surplus charges may also be charged to the customer.

Privacy Notice  This policy covers all users who register to use the website. It is not necessary to purchase anything in order to gain access to the searching facilities of the site.

Security  We have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is not unlawfully processed. VKS uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, including firewalls and secure socket layers. During the payment process, we ask for personal information that both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you. We will use the information you provide only for the following purposes. To send you newsletters and details of offers and promotions in which we believe you will be interested. To improve the content design and layout of the website. To understand the interest and buying behavior of our registered users. To perform other such general marketing and promotional focused on our products and activities. We will under no circumstances, pass your email address and contact details to any other company or business.

License and Site Access VKS grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. This license doses not include any resales of commercial use of this site or its contents any collection and use of any products any collection and use of any product listings descriptions or prices any derivative use of this site or its contents, any downloading or copying of account information. For the benefit of another merchant or any use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site may not be reproduced duplicated copied sold resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial exploited without written consent of VKS.

Payments  All goods and delivery costs must be paid for in full before an order can be dispatched. We have the right to carry out the necessary authroisation checks in order to satisfy ourselves with regards to the authenticity of an order and the credit card being used for the payment of an order(s). We have the right to refuse to supply an order for which we are unable to complete the authorisaton checks to our satisfaction. In the event of a fraudulent transaction we shall claim title and ownership to the products supplied and furthermore report the customer to the relevant authorities.

Products  All the products shown in this website and sold by VKS must be used carefully and in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines, where specified. Due to the nature of the game, VKS cannot accept any responsibility for any injuries caused as a result of the use of any of these products. Cricket bats must be fully knocked in and prepared before use. VKS are not responsible for any damage caused to a bat caused by its non or lack of preperation time or its misuse. Cricket bats must be oiled and maintained during the season as well as the off season period. Bats are liable to damage due to mistimed and mis hit shots. This may limit or cancel your warranty. Any products that may be deemed as defective shall be returned to the respective manufacturer by VKS for their inspection and comments.

Product Descriptions VKS and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible however we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate complete, reliable, or error free. From time to time there may be information on VKS’s website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. (Including after you have submitted your order) We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.
